1. Sponsor
This Giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored by THEO (“Sponsor”), located in Los Angeles, California, USA.
2. Eligibility
The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.
Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising or promotion agencies are not eligible to participate.
3. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins on April 23, 2026 and ends on May 3, 2026 at 11:59 PM PST (“Promotion Period”). Entries submitted outside of this period will not be eligible.

Optional: Sharing the Giveaway post may provide one (1) additional entry.
Limit one (1) entry per person, excluding bonus entry. Use of multiple accounts, automated systems, or fraudulent methods is prohibited and may result in disqualification.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive one (1) item of their choice from THEO’s Spring Collection (“Prize”).
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): up to $645 USD.
If the selected item is unavailable at the time of fulfillment, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Prize with an item of equal or greater value.
The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be redeemed for cash or any cash equivalent, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
6. Winner Selection
One (1) potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will take place on or about May 5, 2026.
7. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be contacted via TikTok direct message. The winner must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification to claim the Prize.
If the winner does not respond within the required timeframe, is found ineligible, or declines the Prize, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
8. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
9. General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these Official Rules.
10. Release of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, TikTok, and their respective affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any liability, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance, use, or misuse of the Prize.
11. Platform Disclaimer
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with TikTok.
12. Privacy
Information collected from entrants will be used solely for the administration of this Promotion and in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://theothelabel.com/policies/privacy-policy
13. Governing Law
This Promotion and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
