This Promotion (“Promotion”) is sponsored by THEO (“Sponsor”), located in Los Angeles, California, USA.
- Eligibility
The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.
Employees, contractors, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising or promotion agencies are not eligible to participate.
- Promotion Period
The Promotion begins on June 14, 2026 and ends on June 21, 2026 at 11:59 PM PST (“Promotion Period”). Entries received outside of the Promotion Period will not be eligible.
- How to Enter
Eligible participants may enter during the Promotion Period through one of the following methods:
Purchase Entry:
• Purchases under $300 USD receive one (1) entry.
• Purchases of $300 USD or more receive three (3) entries.
• Purchases of $600 USD or more receive five (5) entries.
Order totals are calculated before taxes, shipping charges, and applicable refunds.
Alternative Method of Entry (No Purchase Necessary):
Participants may receive one (1) entry by emailing giveaway@theothelabel.com during the Promotion Period with the subject line “THEO Solstice Giveaway Entry” and including their full name and email address.
Limit one (1) free entry per person through the Alternative Method of Entry.
Sponsor may offer promotional bonus-entry periods during the Promotion Period. Any such bonus-entry opportunities will be communicated by Sponsor and applied according to the terms announced at that time.
Use of multiple accounts, automated systems, fraudulent methods, or any attempt to manipulate the Promotion may result in disqualification.
- Prizes
One (1) Grand Prize Winner
The Ultimate THEO Wardrobe consisting of approximately four (4) to five (5) curated THEO pieces.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $2,000 USD.
One (1) Runner-Up Winner
A Signature THEO Outfit consisting of two (2) curated THEO pieces.
ARV: $800 USD.
Two (2) Third Prize Winners
One (1) Astraea Dress per winner.
ARV: $400 USD each.
Three (3) Fourth Prize Winners
One (1) Astraea Pearly Top per winner.
ARV: $300 USD each.
Total Approximate Retail Value of all prizes: $4,500 USD.
If a listed prize becomes unavailable, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be redeemed for cash except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
- Winner Selection
Seven (7) potential winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
Winners will be selected on or about July 15, 2026 following verification of eligibility and qualifying purchases.
- Winner Notification
Potential winners will be contacted via email using the information provided at entry.
Potential winners must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification.
If a potential winner fails to respond, is found ineligible, declines the prize, or cannot be contacted, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
- Verification of Eligibility
Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and qualifying purchases prior to awarding any prize.
Orders that are cancelled, refunded, charged back, returned, or otherwise deemed ineligible by Sponsor may result in the removal of associated entries.
- Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
- General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these Official Rules.
- Release of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, representatives, and partners from any liability, loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
- Platform Disclaimer
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, Shopify, or any other third-party platform used to promote the Promotion.
- Privacy
Information collected from entrants will be used solely for the administration of this Promotion and in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
- Governing Law
This Promotion and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
