Return Window
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
Full-Price Items
Eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit. All returned items must be unworn and unwashed.
Sale Items
Eligible for exchange or store credit only. Items purchased at 50% off or more are Final Sale and ineligible for return or exchange — no exceptions. Final Sale items are clearly indicated on the product page.
Promotional Gifts
If your order qualified for a free promotional item (such as the Petasos Hat with $500+ purchase), it must be returned in its original condition alongside your order. If not returned, the retail value will be deducted from your refund.
International Orders
Please reach out to hello@theothelabel.com to receive a return label for full-price merchandise. Exchanges are complimentary. If you request a refund, a return shipping fee may apply. Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable through THEO, though your local customs bureau may be able to assist with a duty refund.
Processing Times
Exchanges are processed immediately, subject to availability. If your size or colour isn’t in stock, our team will happily help you find something you love. Returns may take 2–3 weeks to process. Refunds are initiated once items are received and inspected, and typically take 5–7 days to appear on your original payment method.
