Returns and Exchanges
ENJOY FREE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES ON MOST ORDERS
We offer free returns and exchanges for full-price purchases within the US and are happy to help you find your perfect fit. If something is not quite right, returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Any items purchased at a discount of 50% or greater are considered Final Sale and are ineligible for return or exchange - no exceptions. Final Sale items will be clearly indicated on the product page.
Note: Returns and exchanges only apply for full-price unworn and unwashed merchandise.
International customers, please reach out to hello@theothelabel.com to receive a return label for full-price merchandise. We can handle exchanges at no cost, but if you request a refund, there might be a return shipping fee applicable.
Customs duties and taxes on international orders are non-refundable through THEO. However, your local customs bureau may be able to assist you in obtaining a duty refund.
How long does a return or exchange take to process?
Exchanges are processed immediately, as long as we have your desired size and color in stock. If not in stock, our skilled team can help you find another item you may love. Returns may take 2-3 weeks to process.
Refunds are initiated once the items are received and inspected, with the refund process typically taking 5-7 days to return to your original account.
