Giveaway Period
The giveaway opens on October 13, 2026 and closes on October 24, 2026 at 11:59pm PST.

Eligibility
Open to US residents aged 18 and over. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of THEO The Label and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter
To enter, you must follow @theothelabel on Instagram and tag 3 friends in the comments of the giveaway post. One entry per person. For one bonus entry, share the giveaway post to your Instagram stories. Multiple comments do not constitute additional entries.

Prize
Five winners will each receive one THEO The Label embellished scarf. Prizes are subject to availability. In the event that a specific scarf style or color is unavailable, THEO The Label reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No cash or alternative prize will be offered under any circumstances. THEO The Label is not responsible for any costs associated with accepting the prize, including but not limited to shipping outside the US, duties, or taxes.

Winner Selection
Five winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The draw will take place on or around October 27, 2026. Winners will be announced via Instagram and contacted by direct message. Winners must respond within 48 hours of being contacted or an alternative winner will be selected. THEO The Label’s decision is final.

Delivery
Prizes will be shipped to a US address only. Winners are responsible for ensuring their delivery address is accurate. THEO The Label accepts no responsibility for prizes lost or delayed in transit.

Privacy
Personal information collected as part of this giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the promotion and will not be shared with third parties.
